Sunrise Yoga with Dr Jess

The line up for yoga this week is as follows

Monday: we will have a grounding practice, getting revved up and focused for our week with extra attention to our lower body and warrior stances.

Wednesday: we will be working core and keeping our hearts and chest nice and open for our mid-week refresher practice

Friday: we will be shedding our work week and welcoming the week’s end with a practice focused on upper body and breath work.

Each day there will be a 6am and a 7 am class. They are different but complimentary so feel free to join us for both.
